What Should I Do If I Am Asked to Take a Field Sobriety Test in Florida?

If you are asked to take a field sobriety test, don't take it, because no one can pass them. They are incredibly unfair, they are designed to make sure that nobody passes them and I guarantee if you're watching this little film on the internet, if you try to pass the field sobriety test in your own home with no alcohol, with no drugs, with no nothing, you won't pass. So don't take it, you're much better off not taking field sobriety tests, even if you haven't ingested alcohol, drugs, legal or illegal, because you won't be able to pass and the police administering them, whether it's highway patrol or local police will do everything possible to interpret everything you do as failing each individual test. A quick example, they'll tell you, touch the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose. So when you do it and you go like this, you think "I'm fine, I passed." They'll say you flunked, because the tip of your finger is here and you need to do this, just one example of why no one should ever take a field sobriety test.
