What kind of defense is possible against an entity as powerful as the federal court system?

There are literally hundreds of federal crimes, each crime charged is unique, depending upon the facts. Depending upon the facts, depending upon the law, there are a myriad of defenses that can be used. It’s impossible in a video like this to talk about all the different defenses. Many are legally based. Many are factual. Many require investigative work. Many require expert testimony.
