What Happens If I Refuse a Breath Test in Florida?
Florida is what is called an implied consent state, almost every state is. That simply means when you get a licenses it is a privilege, not a right to have a drivers license. So if an officer has probable cause to administer a breathalyzer test, you consent to having your breath tested.
