Explore Cuban Culture at Little Havana

Stand Out Destinations

Located in the heart of Miami, just East of Flagami, Little Havana is a vibrant neighborhood that is always beaming with activity. From cultural shows to Cuban restaurants, it’s truly a “Little Havana.” Here are a few places you can check out while in Little Havana. See more here.

Hoy Como Ayer

If you are looking for a night club where you can dance away to your favorite Latin American tunes, Hoy Como Ayer is the perfect place. It was voted the best Latin club in Miami by the Miami New Times, and this should tell you a lot. The club prides itself on celebrating today as if it were yesterday with throwback Cuban salsa hits, proper nostalgia, and live acts a few days a week. See here for information about Experience the Vibrant Nightlife of University Park.

The Cubaocho

Boasting the biggest rum collection in Miami, this is one place you do not want to miss out on. It also serves as a museum, bar, and performing arts center. Aside from the Rum, they also host live music, salsa lessons, and bachata nights.

Visit the Bay of Pigs Museum

A slight variation from the rest of the activities, the Bay of Pigs Museum showcases memorabilia relating to 1961’s failed Bay of Pigs Invasion in Cuba. It honors those freedom fighters who didn’t make it as well as survivors.
