If I have a professional license & get arrested, what will happen?

For 41 years, I have represented doctors, fellow lawyers, realtors, professional athletes, all sorts of people that have licenses, usually granted by the state of Florida or in other states as well. When you get charged with a crime, you need a criminal defense lawyer, not only to represent you on the criminal case, but a criminal defense lawyer who understands representing people before regulatory agencies, whether it’s the Florida Bar or The Florida Board of Bar Examiners or the Florida Real Estate Commission, virtually every agency has their own rules, which are a lot less strict than the rules in a criminal court. So it’s essential that we not only win the battle, but we win the war. What I mean is it’s not enough to win the criminal case, we’ve got to keep your license so that you can practice your profession that you’ve spent a lot of time and effort in, and that I’m sure you love. You’ve got to have the right lawyer in order to protect you all the way around, and we will do that for you.
