My name is Yuremi. Like many of you, I always check reviews before hiring a service. There are no stars in the universe to rate the service and professionalism of this law firm. My gratitude and recognition will be eternal! I came to this firm because my future literally hung in the balance. I am a physical therapy assistant, a career I love. I have a license that cost me many hours of work, tears, and effort. Due to past mistakes that I thought I had left behind, I was about to lose what I had achieved with so much sacrifice. The idea of a better future for me and my daughter vanished in the blink of an eye! I lost my job and everything I had built, but meeting Diego Weiner was a turning point. Mr. Diego is a true professional, always answering my calls or returning them when appropriate in his busy schedule (the best lawyers never run out of clients 🙏). His staff is a 10/10, very kind girls with incredible human qualities 🥰. I never felt like they treated me like just another client, but rather like a family, one of those who fight with you until they get nothing less than what you deserve. Many other lawyers told me there was nothing they could do, that I would lose my license (and believe me, I contacted many 🥴). But Diego wasn't just anyone, HE WAS THE BEST!! And he proved it on Friday, August 15, 2025, when he fought that battle by my side. I felt in every argument he presented how prepared he was and how much he had dedicated to my case. We achieved our goal and emerged from there earning that license that I so desperately prayed to God to keep. My family, my daughter, and especially I will be in his debt for life!! NOT GUILTY on ALL counts... Me and my husband needed counsel. Yisel took on our case and tried to reason with the state attorney. They did not want to hear it. After filing a motion to dismiss, the judge kept denying our motion. We were forced to trial! Yisel and Diego, along with their team, worked diligently to get ready for trial. Diego conducted the jury picking; he was on point—it was like watching a movie. Yisel fought motions of acquittal the two mornings of trial; she was professional and presented knowledgeable argument. After the state presented their case and rested, we also rested due to an amazing job with cross-examination from Yisel and Diego—they knew exactly what to ask. With Yisel and Diego's advice, we knew their experience was at work. The jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. Amen, thanks again to Yisel, Diego, and the whole team that made it possible.
