I Am a Law Student & Have Been Charged or Convicted of a Crime. What Should I Do?

We represent many, too many, law students who screwed up in their earlier life, to put it bluntly. They got arrested, they got convicted of a crime, and they're in law school, and now they're about ready to apply to become members of the Florida Bar. They're ready to take the bar exam, and all of a sudden they get a letter from the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, Character and Fitness Committee stating, "You've got a problem. We wanna know about your prior criminal conviction. We want more records. We wanna know if you have a drug problem, psychological problems, etcetera, etcetera." You need representation. It is absolutely essential if you wanna become a member of the Florida Bar and you have any kind of criminal background whatsoever, whether you've been convicted or not, that you have competent counsel to represent you before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and before the Florida Bar to represent you to make sure that everything is in order so you can actually join us in this incredible profession.
