Lamentablemente, muchas personas son acusadas injustamente de este delito, al ser v\u00edctimas de un uso excesivo de la fuerza por parte de los agentes de seguridad. Sin embargo, para que una persona sea realmente condenada por este delito, los fiscales deben poder demostrar que el acusado utiliz\u00f3 la fuerza al resistirse al arresto.
