Jude Faccidomo joined the firm of Jeffrey S. Weiner, P.A. in May, 2008. He is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Miami Dade Public Defender's office and has extensive jury trial experience.

Mr. Faccidomo is a graduate of Bard College in New York and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

Together with Mr. Weiner, Mr. Faccidomo continues to practice both Federal and State criminal defense law. Mr. Faccidomo is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the board of directors for the statewide chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Faccidomo also serves as the treasurer in executive board of directors for the Miami chapter of Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Mr. Faccidomo is one of Miami's top young criminal defense attorneys and has been invited to guest lecture on topics pertaining to criminal defense at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, the Miami Dade Metropolitan Police Institute as well as St. Thomas University. Mr. Faccidomo was recently named one of the 'Top Up and Coming Lawyers' in South Florida by the 2010 South Florida Legal Guide.

Mr. Faccidomo is a member of the State Bar of Florida, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the United States Supreme Court Bar.

Mr. Faccidomo serves as the Vice President in the executive board of directors for the Miami Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
