Jude M. Faccidomo joined the firm of Jeffrey S. Weiner, P.A. in May, 2008. He is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Miami Dade Public Defender's office. He has extensive jury trial experience.

Mr. Faccidomo is a graduate of Bard College in New York and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

Together with Mr. Weiner, Mr. Faccidomo continues to practice both Federal and State criminal defense law. Mr. Faccidomo is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the board of directors and chair of the Young Lawyer Committee for the statewide chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In May, 2012 Mr. Faccidomo was elected the youngest president in the 50 year history of the Miami chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Faccidomo is one of Miami's top young criminal defense attorneys. He has been invited to guest lecture on topics pertaining to criminal defense at the Miami Dade Public Defender's Office, the Miami Dade Metropolitan Police Institute as well as St. Thomas University. Mr. Faccidomo is routinely named one of the 'Top Up and Coming Lawyers' in South Florida by South Florida Legal Guide and as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Faccidomo is a member of the State Bar of Florida, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the United States Supreme Court Bar.
